Frank Darling offers **one free resize (plus shipping!)** for all eligible engagement rings and eligible wedding bands within **90 days of delivery**. [Click here](https://frankdarling.fillout.com/servicerequest) to initiate your resize request.

## **Subsequent Resizes**

**Additional resizes** are **$100 + shipping** and include a complimentary cleaning and polish. Shipping is **$100 for Canada** and **$300 for all other international regions**, with **insured worldwide express service** included. 

## Non-resizable rings

A few of our rings are non-resizable due to their design. Ensure you return the ring within your **30 day return window** to get a new size without any additional cost.

_Pieces outside of our return window are ineligible for size exchange for non-resizable pieces_

## **Duties and Taxes**

If you originally paid duties and taxes on your ring, you can ship it in for resizing without incurring additional fees.

To avoid additional duties and taxes, all international orders **must be shipped from and back to the original country of receipt.**

If you shipped your ring to a U.S. address but live internationally, you’ll be responsible for duties and taxes on the full purchase amount when the ring re-enters your country after repair. In this case, it’s often best to have the ring resized locally. Frank Darling is not responsible for any customs or duty charges in this scenario.
