## Free Shipping & Returns

We want getting (and loving) your jewelry to feel easy—so in most cases, shipping and returns are on us. Here’s how it works.

### Free Shipping

We offer complimentary, fully insured shipping on all U.S. and international orders. 

*   **We do not ship to PO/APO/FPO/DPO mailboxes.**

**Made-to-order and custom pieces**  
Ship fully insured via FedEx once your piece is complete.

**Ready-to-ship pieces  
**Ship within the timeframe listed on the product page.

**Try-at-Home program  
**Return shipping is included—just use the prepaid label provided in the box.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email. For security reasons, a signature may be required upon delivery.

### Free Returns

We accept free returns/exchanges on eligible items within **30 days of the ready-to-ship date** or **60 days from the order date**, whichever comes first.

All returned items must be in original, unworn condition with original packaging.

********This policy is restricted to one return within a 6 month period.******** 

**Return-eligible items include:**

*   Custom engagement rings and fine jewelry
    
*   Ready-to-ship fine jewelry
    

**Non-return-eligible items include:**

*   Trunk show items

1.  We’ll send you a prepaid, insured return shipping label.
2.  Pack your piece securely and drop it off with the carrier.
3.  Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after receipt.
