## Lifetime Warranty

Frank Darling offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover wear and tear and excludes the center stone.
**Please note: Servicing your ring with a third-party jeweler will void the warranty.**

If a center stone is lost due to loose prongs or damage, Frank Darling is not liable for the loss.

As a general rule, if your ring is damaged after six months, it’s usually due to wear and tear, rather than a manufacturing issue. A manufacturing issue, if present, typically occurs shortly after receipt. Most long-term damage comes from pressure on the inner band, which can cause the ring to bend (“go out of round”) and loosen stones.

## Covered under warranty (manufacturing defects):

* Loose stones in a newly made ring

* Rings that arrive bent, dented, or crooked

* Incorrect materials used in production

## Not covered (wear and tear):

* Discoloration or residue build up from chemicals or lotions

*   Worn or bent prongs

* Chipped, broken, or loose stones from impact

* Deep scratches or thinning metal caused by daily contact with hard surfaces

* Dents or warping from pressure or force

* Loss of definition in engraving or fine details from heavy wear

To keep your ring sparkling and secure, we recommend removing it during hand-heavy activities—like working out, lifting weights, cleaning with harsh or abrasive chemicals, gardening, or any task that involves gripping, pressure, or contact with hard surfaces (especially metal-on-metal contact, which can scratch or wear down your setting).

We’re here to help you care for it. Bring your ring in for our complimentary annual maintenance, where we’ll check prong integrity, professionally clean your stone, and ensure everything is in perfect condition.

Fine jewelry is, by nature, delicate. It’s designed to be worn and loved—but it does require more mindful care and wear than fashion or silver jewelry to keep it looking its best for years to come.
